You can return or exchange items if:

1. You are dissatisfied with the item

2. You received items you did not order

3. You received a duplicate item

4. The item you received is incorrect

5. You received damaged items

• Please take picture of damaged product and report to info@salthouse.ca within 48 hours of receipt of damaged item/s

All items returned will be refunded at purchase price. Shipping fee may apply depending on the reason of return. 

Exceptions to Returns:

1. Edible Salt products can be returned ONLY if packaging is intact.

2. Beauty & Wellness products CANNOT be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons.

3. Beauty & Wellness products such as soy candles, salt massagers, foot detox blocks and soap dishes can be returned if unused and packaging is intact.
