Use & Care
Use the slab as a serving platter for appetizers and other foods. Moist foods absorb more salt than dry foods, so adjust contact time to suit your taste.
If using the slab for heated cooking, heat gradually and evenly, never placing a cold slab directly onto high heat. Avoid sudden temperature changes, which can cause cracking.
