Use & Care
Use while seated on a stable chair. Place the roller on a stable, non-slip surface and gently roll your foot over it with light, controlled pressure. Do not stand on the roller or place your full body weight on it. Check for rough edges, chips, or cracks before use, and stop if you feel pain, discomfort, or irritation.
Do not use on open wounds or broken skin, as salt can sting. Heating and cooling methods, temperatures, and times should follow the supplier’s instructions for this product. Avoid sudden temperature changes and never apply a hot roller to the skin.
